Porc-Etch PORCELAIN ETCHANT

Description It is used for the preparation of ceramic surfaces prior to the application of adhesives. Hydrofluoric acid produces a roughness that significantly improves the bond between the adhesive or cement and the ceramic surface. It is especially useful for metal-free ceramic crowns, porcelain veneers, inlays, onlays, and brackets. It works for all types of ceramics except alumina ceramics. COMPOSITION: HYDROFLUORIC ACID 20% EXC.: Q.S.P. INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE: Apply to the ceramic surface to be etched. Leave on for 2 minutes. Remove acid residue with plenty of water and neutralizers such as bicarbonate. Dry.
