Ortho-Bond

Next-generation adhesive. Etch + Primer + Bond (3-in-1) All in one component: The etchant (etch), primer, and bonding agent (bond) are combined in a single bottle → no mixing, no separate steps. Self-etch technique: Does not require prior etching with phosphoric acid or rinsing (no rinsing). The adhesive etches, conditions, and bonds in a single application. Very low technique sensitivity → tolerates residual moisture well (neither too dry nor too wet), reducing operator errors. Lower post-operative sensitivity → much lower than total-etch systems from previous generations (4th and 5th), as they do not over-etch deep dentin. Clinical speed → ultra-fast application (ideal for quick direct restorations, cementing accessories, pediatric dentistry, or uncooperative patients). High bond strength → typically 20-30 MPa on dentin (in some cases up to 30+ MPa), good adhesion on both prepared and unprepared enamel.
